MOD in our restaurant meant Manager Of the Day...

this is one of the special duty during our restaurant practical..

mayb most of them like the job bcz its more easier than to be

a server or bartender ... a MOD only need to brief us la..

prepare the menu.. divide the guests and table..

open door n greet customers la.. overlooking on the flow of restaurant..

aiya.. as long as is sumthg like that la... but hor.. its not

my cup of tea..! i dun like to be a manager.. its not suit for me i think..

haha... i more prefer to be a bartender or even a server lo...

but its FATED.. last week... its my turn to b MOD after all the group members

tried it b4.. >< haiz... sad niah..>< a MOD need to wear a coat ..

so i spent a lot on the attire ..

new shirt = RM 60

new pant = RM 60

new shoe = RM 25

finally a new coat = RM 170... >< total  = RM315..

haiz... suan liao la.. i think i can use it in my future oso..

the worst is i spent a lot of time with winni jus to find those stuff.. T.T

on that day... i quite nervous de.. cz is 1st time..

but at least the day b4 i can sleep la.. haha ^^

but b4 that day.. i really hav not enuff customers de lo..

then i go tell chef patrick about that.. then he ask me

to find at least 35 pax oso.. >< as usual lo..

then who knw finally v got 49 pax in resevation list..

haha... then the chef said im so fake tnhat told him no customers..

lolz.. >< 49 pax VS 6 servers... make them so tired..  but not me..

i jus look around n asking ppl to do thing.. ><

i  just help to serve a little bit only niah..

that time i only knw my foot is not mine anymore..

bcz it has no feeling .. wahaha... pain dao... T.T

1stly i duno how to open n greet the customers lo..

my ways to do so vry weird and not comfortable..>< haha

but after my lectutrer teach me liao its ok abit liao la..><

CONCLUSION is... i not so prefer MOD.. haha.. ^^
