yeah... finally my practical exam done liao...

haha.... i hav two practical exam for tis semester..

one is F&B... another is CKO... serve and cook... =='''

practical exam is the worst thing for me bcz im weak in that..

theory exam is better for me i think.... haha.. ^^

F&B practical exam for tis time really wasted myself and my group members

a lot of time and money... bcz v really put a lot of effort on it..

we spent a lot of time just to find the cloths for the uniform... =='''

from pyramid.... to mid valley... to 1U.... and finally for me to kepong jusco..

haiz... just to chose the entire we oso think until the

head wanna explode liao...

suddenly white shirt la.. suddenly red tie la... suddenly sumthg la..

the idea change non-stop when we go to find the cloth... T.T

but finally.... we bought red shirt and red tie.. ^^ i like it..

haha... bcz its damn damn damn damn yeng de lo!!!

this is the only time i feel that i like F&B practical so muc.. lolz..

wahaha.... yeng leh... ^^ hope that nex sem's exam

i oso can wear tis kind of yeng's uniform :P

but bcz of me... they unable to wear the skirt..

bcz 1stly they said wanna wear skirt de... but...

i refused to wear skirt bcz not convenient for me..

and ... its not easy for me to find a skirt lo.. haha.. ><

thats y v all wearing so yeng for tis exam.. paiseh neh..

erm... about tis exam... for me is quite satisfied la...

the flow is good... and i managed to carry all the plates once..

fuyoh... normally its not so smooth to carry..

but duno y during tis exam.. i jus did it smoothly ^^

but... somthg i did it wrong... lolz..

i shud serve female b4 i serve the male customers..

but.. i did it terbalik... i served male then only serve the female..

even the lecturer remind me liao then i stil did it for twice..

lolz... then finally after the exam.. we having a briefing..

lecturer said that mayb i hav sumthg wif that male

so i always serve the guy 1st.. lolz... simply giv me a scandal izit ==

not only me.. haha... my "soulmate" lucy oso did the same thg wif me.. !

and so lucky that the technique we get is carving of tart..

which is the easiest technique.. haha... while another group

oso not bad la.. they get the flambe for pineapple.. ^^

erm... well.. for the CKO exam...

we cooked pan-fried seabass and quiche lorraine.. ^^

the recipe is quite easy la... but the time is vry rush...

we hav tis exam frm 4pm to 10pm... lolz.. nite class..

but v having class for tis morning b4 the exam start... tired..!

about 11pm then only we go n hav our dinner at pyramid's kim garry..

haha... that time realy damn tired.. and me n rachel were wearing

the ah po's entire.. haha.. t-shirt wif the kitchen pant.. ==

when i reach home.. its almost 1am i think.. haha... damn late..

but the main point is.. the LDP dun hv cars la..!!

fuyoh.. so that i can "drift" on the way bec to my home.. ^^

haha... but i think most of the girls are quite happy 2day..

bcz of the EXCITING wine practical class lo... wahaha... :P

during we making the cappuccino... the lecturer hold our hands..

to teach us how to sense the temperature lo.. lolz..

just bcz of these.. we all feel happy...wahaha..><

we are so "bian tai"... :P

now... jus left the theory exam on tuesday, wednesday and thurdays..

hope that i can do it la.. good luck evrybody ^^

i oso cant waiting for the MUAR TRIP that cooming soon... woo-hoo:P
