long time dint update my blog ady.. haiz..

so im goin to talk sumthg about me recently...^^

actualy.. its jus about my studies la..

nthg else i can do other than my studies...

tis was the 2nd week for me in the semester 2..

i can say is finaly i can get into the life of semester 2...

bcz the 1st week in my semester 2...

it made me feel quite stress and feeling like dun1 to go school..

mayb its bcz i got a vry vry "long" holidays for 1 month lo..

ok... now lets me talk about my study... ><

haha... as i said... now my sem only got 17 ppl..

lolz.. got another 2 are floaters la.. >< total of 19 students..

and some problem created during the grouping.. ><

haiz... the thg i hate most is grouping liao lo...

sumtimes u wont get into the group u wan..

or even separated wif ur best frends...

but luckly.. i dint separated wif my best frends in class..

they still same group wif me^^

but.... not evryone oso as lucky as me lo.. T.T

my timetable now is easy... actualy jus repeating the same thg..

monday no class.. but still hav replacement class for sum subjects.

tuesday and thursday is the same subjects..

wednesday i serve then friday i cook.. thats all..

so... i keep on repeating the same 3 subjects evry week..

1. Wine, Spirits and Beverage Studies

duno y... i quite like tis subject de...

not only bcz the lecturer is the most hansum in the school la..

but oso the thg i learn in tis subject.. actualy bout wine...

the only bad thg is.. too muc to memorise lo..!!

and the language oso hard to learnt..

spanish la.. italy la.. french la.. haiz...

bcz of the unknown assesment that will happen anytime..

i nid to study the note evry time.. haiz.. n memorised evrythg..

such as... what country/region got what type of grapes...

which country/region produced what wine la... a lot..!!

and finaly... i confused evrythg liao... haha...

i had my aromatic memory for my wine practical class too..

its so hard lo... the lecturer giv us 10 types of aroma..

and ask us to guess the wht is the aroma... haiz..

for me... each of them has the same aroma lo..

i duno how to differentiate them... T.T

but at least i can pass the test b4 i go bec lo..

if failed mz try until pass then only can go home de..

n i had my 1st white wine testing oso... lolz..

that time the lecturer teach us how to test the wine

erm... its fun n interesting... n got chance to drink

those wine that expensive n hard to find outside de.. ^^

that time i drink the wine when hungry and feel abit.. tired..

so according to nin's theory.. if v drink wine dring hungry

it will make us drank wor... ==''' haha... ><

nex week i will hav the wine testing for red wine lo..

i oso started my wine making assignment ady...

after it finish the fermentation.. then will be red wine ady..

2. Food and Beverage Operations

haiz.. im not so like tis subject for tis semester lo...

bcz need to find customers evry week to serve..

n i did a BIG PROBLEM during my last service...

i POUR a ORANGE JUICE on the VIP...wahaha... :P

its so embarassing lo... >< but luckly.. its OK..

i tot i will kena scold gao gao... but.. who knw..

nthg happen.. cz nt my fault all the ways..

the VIP wanna move when i serve the drink frm his right..

then i saw he wanna move liao then i wanna avoid frm it..

who knw... the glass lost theb balance n slip down..

i try to catch it b4 it pour.. but its TOO LATE.. haha... ><

 3. Culinary and Kitchen Operations

erm... i quite like tis subject oso...

even is jus cook in the kitchen..

but its more better than serving at outside.. ^^

even sumtime will kena scold la..

but i still can tahan lo... its for our own good!! lolz..

i oso feel that i like the chef lecturer so muc...

during the class they will do their best in teaching la..

but during practical or others than class.. they will

jus vry friendly ... jus like our frends..

chat la.. play la.. joke la... anythg oso can do... haha.. ><

i think tis is the special thg that v have..

cz i never see tis kind of lecturer other than my school.. ^^

and ytd... my Chef Soon showoff on me lo...

he ask me got go for the super junior concert boh..

then i  said mayb no lo.. cz realy no trasport...

then he start to showoff liao.. he said he bought the tickets ady..

and the ticket is RM458 de..!!! yor... make me envy.. haha..

and that whole day... he keep on sing "sorry sorry" to me...

even im cooking in the kitchen.. then he will sing bside of me..

haiz.... jealous liao la..!! i oso wan go la..

but y my destiny will b like tis leh..

mummy ar...
