my semester 2 life is started...

and it is extremely tired and stressful for me... ><

this semester is a short semester... jus 7 weeks..

but the thing we learn still is the same wif the long semester..

which is 14 weeks.. so v nid to rush

and do it all double up for this semester.. haiz...

14-7-14 (weeks) is the traditional semester period for our school..

so... evry early year is short sem.. frm jan to march..

but the only different is now i only hav 3 subjects instead of 7 subjects..

which is food and beverage operations II (serve)

culinary and kitchen operations II (cook)

and also wine, spirit and beverages studies...

for the F&B... v still have the same lecturer to teach us..

but the different now is

v nid to serve real customers evry week...

and v nid to find at least 40 pax to dine in the restaurant

thats meant 1 student mus find 4 customers to serve..

if not... no marks will be given to the student.. haiz..

while the CKO now v having 2 lecturer..

1 is for theorty 1 is for the pratical... i think...

tis is the effect that v complaint the lecturer last time

bcz v only complaint for his practical.. thats y

he no more teaching us pratical.. but only theory..

the practical now is teaching by the head chef lecturer..

omg... damn fierce de... but sumtime will joke abit lo...><

under him realy is diferent wif others.. he so strict forward..

CKO v nid to cook the food for the waitress to serve..

wine study is a new subject for us... i oso nvr study b4..

but it is quite difficult lo... the lecturer said..

the percentage to get A is only 8%... while get D is 60%++

failed more worst... almost 15%++ ... haiz... damn scare it..

BUT... the most important thing is.. the lecturer..

wahaha... he is the most hansum lecturer in the school.. lolz..

so... most of the girl is waiting for his class since semester1..

so now.. all our dream cum true.. haha...

he is funny but is FIERCE..

the 1st class when he introduce himself... he said this:

"i looks vry young rite? but actually not that young."

"just i like to comb my hair like this."

haha... tis make me lough...

he realy looks like jus 24 years old.. but..

he actually oledi finished his master oversea after his degree

and work for a asia company for not less than 6 years..

so... actualy he is almost 32++ liao... unbelievable..><

he always wear the tight formal wear n comb his hair fashional..

n he has a fit body oh... can see his chest muscles cz the shirt tight..

fuyoh... he realy looks nice... wahaha... :P

he will hav a small assesment evry class b4 class start..

the 1st assesment for us is.. to memberize 16 type of grapes..

that the name is in Franch... lolz... damn hard... >.<

n v got 1 interesting asignment..

which is wine making.. v goin to make our own wine...^^

the only thg i hope is i can pass ts subject la.. ^^

six more weeks to go... gambateh^^
