since 21/3 until present.. i ady hav been a trainee in

Malay Kitchen of Holiday Villa Subang for 2 weeks...

its quite unbelievable for me bcz i can get used of it

just after the 3rd day in that kitchen wif the helps

of another trainees there.. well...most of the staff 

there are all malays.. u seldom can see a chinese...

if not mistaken.. me and another chinese girl..

are the only 2 chinese girls staff that u can see in kitchen area..

and both of us are in the malay kitchen now.. haha.. 

the first 2 days were really a hell for me.. mayb is bcz

i dun hv any working experience before.. so...

i felt soooooo dammmnnn tired after worked for 8hrs..

lolz... sumore is 8am to 4pm.. and then since i was new there..

i duno any single thing that normally they will do in kitchen..

they speak in malay that i oso not really can understand sumtimes..

so.. they asked me do wad.. then i do wad lo.. >< 

the first 2 days.. when i finished work and back to home

i really not even want to move a step anymore..

no more strenght... freaking tired.. how i hope that i can

straight away go to sleep after that... but now..

everything is ok with me ^^ hehe... 

starting my kitchen hv 3 trainess included me.. 

a malay girl and me with another chinese girl..

normally i will work together with the malay girl every day

she tought me sumthing that hv to do on morning shift..

so now.. i knw how to make a kelabu..

before that.. all the kelabu for the lunch's buffet

were make by her.. but starts frm ytd.. i will make it.. ==lll

bcz this girl ady finished her internship.. >< haiz.. alone..

my 1st time to do the 8 different types of kelabus spent me 2hrs..

haha.. normally when i do wif that girl is only 1hr.. ==

but not matter how... i did it.. n .. one of the kelabu FINISHED

before the buffet end up.. ^^ appriciated ady la.. ^^ hahah..

i knw few chinese frends there.. all of them come frm 

culinary art school.. which is the Cilantro..

only the girl i knw the name.. others.. jus chat without knwing their name

they all so "brave".. always did sumthg i not dare to do. haha..

i will stand in the kitchen during my working time

they wont.. they walk here walk there..

i eat canteen staff meal..

they go chinese kitchen cook themselve.. ==lll

wahaha...even they ask me to join.. 

but i dun think i dare to do so.. bcz i want

to "act" as a good trainee in kitchen before i get the mark

from the chefs.. wahahah!! so.. jus let me acting sumore la..:P

the life in the malay kitchen within this 2 weeks is fine for me..

and its getting better n better.. ><

but.. nex week the chinese girl will end her trainning in

malay kitchen and switch to another kitchen..

then.. no more ppl can help me n save me liao... T.T 

anyway... im happy with it although i feel very tired..

haha.. hope that its going on well for the whole internship bah ^^
